Shipping policy

Marlowe Monaco ships orders locally within Lebanon and internationally. All orders are processed through our Shopify store and delivered via trusted courier partners.

Local Delivery (Lebanon)

Delivery Timeframe
• Standard delivery within up to 4 business days.
• Delivery times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

Delivery Fees
• A fixed delivery fee of $4 applies to all orders within Lebanon.

Delivery Method
• Orders are delivered through our courier partner.
• Customers will receive an SMS notification when the order is out for delivery.

Proof of Delivery
• Customers must keep the signed delivery confirmation or SMS as proof of receipt.

International Shipping

Countries Served
• Marlowe Monaco ships internationally to most countries, except OFAC-sanctioned regions.
• We do not ship to: OFAC-restricted countries.

Delivery Timeframe
• International orders are shipped via Aramex and typically arrive within up to 7 business days depending on destination.

Delivery Fees
• Delivery fees vary by destination and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
• International customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, VAT, or import charges imposed by their country.
• These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Condition of Goods on Receipt

• Customers must inspect their items upon delivery.
• Any damaged or defective items must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
• Reports submitted after this period may not be eligible for replacement or exchange.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
• If an order is returned due to incorrect address or failure to receive the shipment, additional delivery fees may apply.
